HOW TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT ?

If you wish to create an account, simply register on the www.bymarie.com site by clicking on the "Connection" section on the home page.

Then simply fill in the various personal information and click on the “Validate” section. 

During this registration, we will assign you a username and password.

If you try to register and an error message indicates that your identifiers have already been used, your email address must have already been used to create an account on BYMARIE.COM.

If you no longer remember the password associated with this email address, click on the "Forgot password" link, you will immediately receive it in your mailbox.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE NEWSLETTER?

If you want to be informed exclusively of BYMARIE.COM sales events and find out what's new, simply register and tick the box "receive the newsletter" when you register or enter your email in the newsletter box.

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?

If you no longer wish to receive the BYMARIE.COM newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “My account” section then “Newsletter”.

In most cases, when an unsubscription seems not to be taken into account, it is because you have several email addresses and one of your addresses is a redirect to the address with which you are trying to unsubscribe.

HOW TO BUY

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON BYMARIE.COM?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our T&Cs[Go3] . As soon as you have registered on the Site and find an item you wish to purchase, select your size (there is a Size Guide link for each item) and the desired quantity. Then click the Add to Cart button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to Checkout to complete your order at the top right of the page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ON BYMARIE.COM?

You have the choice of paying by credit or debit card and Paypal. We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To use your Visa Electron, you will need authorization from your bank.

IS USING MY CREDIT CARD SECURE ON BYMARIE.COM?

We take security very seriously, your data will be safe with us. At BYMARIE.COM, all payments are made using the most advanced technological systems and coding methods. BYMARIE.COM also provides VeriSign certificates for your security.

IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I MAKE MY PURCHASES?

The currency is generated in Euros. You can change currency and select Pounds or Dollars to convert the price indicated on the product sheets. But the collection will always be in Euros. Please note that the symbol $ always refers to US Dollars on the Site.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM IS MY SIZE?

When you choose an item from its item page, you will see a link to a "Size Guide" appear. By clicking on the link, you will find a table of measurements and conversions. Simply cross-check these measurements with yours to find your size. You can also contact our Customer Service who can also give you all the details about our items. And don't forget that you can always return an item if it doesn't suit you, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?

All items on the site are in stock. However, putting an item in your basket does not reserve it automatically, it can be purchased by another customer online or in store at the same time.

WILL THERE BE ANY NEW BRANDS ON THE SITE?

We are constantly on the lookout for new brands and stores at BYMARIE.COM.

WILL THIS ITEM BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

If your size is out of stock, you can send us an email specifying the reference, color and size you want and our customer service will get back to you to let you know if the desired item is back in stock. The article exhausted on the site will have the mention WANTED, you can thus click on the product sheet then on the mention WANTED if you wish to be informed e priority of its future availability on the site.

I SAW AN ITEM IN ONE OF YOUR STORES, CAN I ORDER IT ONLINE?

The stock in our stores and on BYMARIE.COM is directly linked and synchronized. But some items can only be found in BY MARIE stores. However, you can always contact our Customer Service if you have a specific request.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE TO HAVE AN ITEM MODIFIED TO MY SIZE?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept special orders.

CAN YOU RESERVE AN ITEM FOR LATER?

It is not yet possible to make reservations in our stores.

DO YOU OFFER A PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE?

BYMARIE.COM therefore offers to help you in the selection of your outfits and accessories through sharp selections.

If you want a “personal shopping” service, you can contact the teams in the BY MARIE store to advise you.

The By Marie boutiques also offer late-night openings by appointment only until 8:30 p.m., so you can take the time to be advised by our stylists… A unique moment just for you! Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance by telephone.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PRIVATE?

We guarantee that all personal data is private and confidential. Your data will never be communicated without your authorization. For more details, please visit our Privacy Policy.

ORDERS & DELIVERIES

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email, which does not mean that your order has been accepted by the site. The order is accepted and sent only when the details of your bank card and your address have been confirmed and verified.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

BYMARIE.COM is happy to accept cancellations, until your order has been processed by the Boutique. After that, you can no longer cancel your order, but you can always return it if you wish. For more information, see our Cancellations page.

WHEN WILL MY BANK ACCOUNT BE DEBITED?

If you paid by debit card or Paypal, payment should be taken immediately. If payment has been taken and the order is canceled for any reason before it is processed, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used when placing the order.

If you pay with a credit card, we only take your payment when your order is validated and ready to ship. However, your bank can block the money on your account, you will not be able to have this sum for a short time. If there is a cancellation for any reason before the order is processed, we simply cancel the charge and there is no refund to be issued.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS ?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination: on average €20 incl. tax for France; €30 incl. tax for Europe; €40 incl. tax for the rest of the countries. These prices are given for information only; it is during the order in the purchase tunnel, that you will have an estimate of the shipping costs.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES OR TAXES TO PAY WHEN MY ORDER?

We cover import costs on orders made from the European Union. The price you see online is the price you will pay. For all other customers, import charges are not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import charges upon receipt of your order or later.

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?

You will receive updates about your order and delivery status by email. You can also access this information from 'My Account' or visit the UPS sites to track the delivery by entering the tracking number received by email.

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REST?

If you have ordered products from more than one store, the items will arrive in separate packages from each store, and will not necessarily be delivered at the same time. Please contact our Customer Service for any additional questions.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE THE ITEM ORDERED?

We offer a sharp range of designers on the Internet, which is also why the quantities of each item in stock are limited. Our stock on the Site is synchronized with the stock of the shops, so if the article is on the website, it is because it is available in stock at the shop. However, if the item is sold in store or on BYMARIE.COM at the same time (or within a few minutes of each other), it may happen that the stock information is inaccurate.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

All orders are shipped in BYMARIE.COM packaging, to protect your items and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide using UPS.

Please note that Russian customs authorities have recently tightened restrictions on deliveries into the country, leading to an increasing number of detained packages and delayed deliveries.

CAN BYMARIE.COM DELIVER THE SAME ORDER TO SEVERAL ADDRESSES?

We can only deliver the same order to one address. If you want to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service very quickly. However, it will not be possible to change the country of delivery.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Once your order and its payment have been verified and approved, we ship your order with the chosen means of transport. See the Shipping section for more information.

CAN I GET DELIVERED TO A PO BOX?

We cannot deliver to PO boxes because of the conditions imposed by our transport partners.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

The return must reach BYMARIE.COM within 14 days of receipt of your order, beyond this period we cannot guarantee its refund.

I RETURNED AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by BYMARIE.COM and if it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund the item to your payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded except for shipping costs, if you use our free returns service.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED, WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?

If your order is canceled before the shop has sent it, and if we have confirmed the cancellation of your order by email, we will refund you in full by the payment method used when ordering (if your account bank has already been debited).

If you paid by debit card or PayPal, the charge is usually immediate from your account. If you paid by debit card or Paypal, and we have confirmed the cancellation of your order, we will process your refund promptly.

If you paid with a credit card, and if we have not yet taken the payment from your account (the payment is only reserved by your account) then we simply cancel the transaction, and your bank or card issuer will the money available in your account.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND OR CANCELLATION AMOUNT BE BACK ON MY ACCOUNT?

We strive to process refunds or cancellations promptly, and we will notify you of these actions by email. Please note that refunds to credit card or debit card can however take up to 14 days, depending on the bank.

ARE CUSTOMS FEES, SALES TAX OR VAT REFUNDED ON A RETURN?

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you will be refunded the amount of your order, including customs fees and import taxes in force at the time of your purchase, but not the price of your original delivery costs. .

If you are based elsewhere, you will be refunded the amount of your order, including the VAT in force at the time of your order, but not the price of your original delivery costs or any import costs necessary to receive your ordered. You may be able to obtain a refund of import charges on your returned products by contacting your customs office.
