Has my order been successfully validated?
You will receive an initial confirmation email as soon as your order is registered, followed by a second email when it is approved and ready for shipment. In case of any issues (out of stock, payment verification), we will contact you immediately.

Delivery is free for all orders over €300. Below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the chosen method.
What are the delivery times?
In mainland France: 1 to 3 business days. Internationally: 2 to 5 business days via DHL Express, depending on the country. These delivery times are indicative; BY MARIE accepts no responsibility for delays related to customs clearance procedures or carrier issues.
Is there a courier delivery service in Paris?
Yes. A courier delivery service is available for Paris and its inner suburbs (Boulogne, Neuilly, Levallois, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Montreuil, Montrouge, etc.). This option is offered when you choose your delivery method. For any urgent or custom requests, please contact our customer service directly.
Can customs fees be added to my order?

SECTION 5 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is BY MARIE's return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with their original tags and packaging, accompanied by the invoice and return form.
How do I make a return?
A return form is included with your order. If you can't find it, download it from the Shipping & Returns page. Notify us of your return by email, then ship the carefully packaged items to the BY MARIE address. BY MARIE strongly recommends DHL for returns.
Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?
Yes, unless the product received is non-compliant or has a proven manufacturing defect, in which case BY MARIE will cover the return shipping costs. Customs fees related to returns from abroad remain the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return an item directly to the store?
Yes. You can return an item ordered online to one of our BY MARIE stores, provided you meet the return conditions (14-day return period, item undamaged with tags). Our in-store teams will process your return.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation.

What payment methods are accepted?

Is payment in installments available?
Yes. Payment in 3 or 4 installments is available for all orders over €300. This option is offered during checkout. This solution is offered by ALMA in France and some other European countries. PayPal also offers a similar solution.
When is my account debited?
For payments by debit card or PayPal, the charge is processed immediately. For credit cards, the amount is reserved for the order and the charge is finalized upon shipment. In case of cancellation before shipment, the reservation is voided and the funds are refunded by your bank.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, for customers residing in the European Union. Outside the EU, local taxes and customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
