The "Coeur Percé" pendant signed Marie Lichtenberg is made in brushed 18-carat yellow gold. It takes the shape of a heart set with a white diamond in its center and pierced with an arrow set with white diamonds at its ends. Sold with a clasp and a hoop, it can be worn as a pendant or earring.
