Heimat Atlantica

Heimat Atlantica is born from Montserrat Alvarez's passion to create products entirely made in Europe. She first studied fashion in Paris and Rome before founding her brand in 2016. She got popular thanks to the creation of wicker bags with leather handles, all handcrafted. Each bag takes about 36h to be completed.

With her brand, Montserrat Alvarez takes good care to preserve women's craftmanship from the Portuguese coast and northern Spain. A technique that has been there for centuries and that is being transmitted from one generation to the other.

Sometimes delicately adorned with Sargadelos porcelain shells in flowers shapes, Heimat Antlantica's bags are a travel experience on atlantique's beaches.
