You have the possibility of taking a personalized appointment during the opening hours or outside the usual hours of the BY MARIE boutiques. If you wish, we can prepare a selection of your favorite designers in your size. Do not hesitate to indicate them to us in the field "comments".
For all returns, you will find a form in your order. Fill it in and follow the steps indicated. If you don't find the form, you can download it here.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) with the invoice and completed returns form, to the following address:

You can also return products free of charge to one of our stores.
You have a period of 14 clear days from receipt of the products ordered.
Shipping costs associated with the return of products remain at the customer's expense unless the product received does not conform or has a manufacturing defect.
The customer is also responsible for any customs duties incurred when returning a product from a foreign country.
