Unfortunate Portrait

Unfortunate Portrait creates drawings that capture diverse lifestyles, celebrities, and subcultures. Max, the illustrator, was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he designs and makes his t-shirts. His creations reflect the amateur style of a child, but carry the particular spirit of the generation before the transition to the year 2000. His creations are drawn on paper using different techniques, then printed on cotton t-shirts. Max's unique take on popular culture and celebrity collaborations have been the catalysts for his success.
