This Locket Orbe Heartbeat necklace in rose gold is designed by Marie Lichtenberg. This spherical pendant is adorned with engraved stars, each set with a diamond. Fine and delicate, this exceptional jewel opens to reveal a red enameled heart, placed on a trembleuse.
